When contacting support, include the email address used for your TagBuilder account and a short description of the issue. For payment issues, include the Razorpay payment/order reference if available, but never send passwords, card numbers, CVV, OTPs or UPI PINs.
Billing and plan support
For payment failures, incorrect plan status, scheduled upgrades/downgrades or refund questions, provide the transaction date and payment reference so we can investigate.
Privacy and data requests
You may use the same contact address for account-data access, correction or deletion requests. We may need to verify account ownership before completing a request.
YouTube connection support
If a connected channel stops loading, first confirm that TagBuilder.io still has permission in your Google Account connections. You can disconnect or revoke access at any time through Google.
