TagBuilder.io

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 9 August 2026

These terms govern use of TagBuilder.io, including its Free, Pro and Business plans, public YouTube analysis features, AI tools and paid services.

Using TagBuilder.io

You must use TagBuilder.io lawfully and in a way that does not abuse, overload, probe, reverse engineer or interfere with the service, other users, Google/YouTube services, payment systems or third-party rights.

Accounts and connected channels

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and for actions taken through it. Connecting a Google/YouTube account authorizes TagBuilder.io to access the scopes you approve for the purpose of providing requested features.

Free, Pro and Business plans

Features, credit limits, connected-channel limits and prices are shown on the Pricing page and may differ by billing cycle or currency. The plan shown as active in your account controls access to paid features.

If you choose a different plan while a paid plan is still active, TagBuilder.io may schedule the selected plan to begin after the current paid period ends rather than removing already-paid access immediately. A scheduled downgrade to Free likewise takes effect after the current paid period unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Payments and billing

Paid-plan purchases are processed by Razorpay. You authorize the amount and currency shown at checkout. Taxes, bank charges, foreign-exchange charges or payment-method fees, where legally applicable, may be handled separately by the payment provider or issuing institution.

Unless a checkout flow expressly states that automatic recurring billing is being authorized, purchasing a fixed TagBuilder billing period does not by itself authorize an undisclosed recurring charge.

AI-generated output

AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for a particular audience. They are provided as creator assistance, not as a guarantee of ranking, revenue, views, legal compliance or platform performance. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.

YouTube and third-party services

public YouTube analysis features depend on Google/YouTube APIs and may be affected by API quotas, permissions, policy changes, outages or account restrictions. Use of those services remains subject to their applicable terms and policies.

Availability and changes

We may update, add, limit or discontinue features when needed for security, policy compliance, technical reliability or product development. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption to active paid access.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access for fraud, payment abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, excessive automated use or material violation of these terms. Users may stop using the service and may select a downgrade/cancellation option where available.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TagBuilder.io is provided on an “as available” basis and we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost platform revenue, algorithm changes, ranking changes or third-party service failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
