TagBuilder.io

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 August 2026

This policy explains how TagBuilder.io handles information when you use creator tools, sign in, purchase a plan, or interact with advertising and analytics services. TagBuilder does not ask users to connect their YouTube channel or grant access to private YouTube Analytics.

Information we collect

We may process account information such as your name, email address, WordPress user ID, login/session information, plan status, billing cycle, usage counters and settings you choose to save.

If you choose Google Sign-In, TagBuilder requests only basic identity scopes (openid, profile and email) to authenticate your account. TagBuilder does not request access to your YouTube channel, private videos, YouTube Studio or YouTube Analytics, and we do not ask for your Google password.

How we use information

We use account information to authenticate users, operate creator tools, enforce Free/Pro/Business limits, process plan purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors and improve service reliability.

Google and YouTube API data

TagBuilder.io uses Google Sign-In for basic account identity and uses the YouTube Data API to retrieve publicly available information when a user submits a public channel identifier, handle, channel URL or video URL for analysis. TagBuilder does not request private YouTube account or Analytics access. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable. You may revoke Google Sign-In access through Google Account connections.

Use of public YouTube analysis features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

AI processing

Some paid creator tools send the text or metadata you submit to an AI provider to generate outputs such as tags, titles, descriptions, ideas or analysis. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or unlawful information that is unnecessary for the requested tool.

Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. TagBuilder.io receives payment references, order/payment status, amount, currency, billing cycle and related transaction metadata needed to activate or schedule a plan. Card, UPI and banking credentials are handled by the payment gateway rather than stored by TagBuilder.io. See the Razorpay Privacy Policy for Razorpay's own practices.

Advertising and cookies

TagBuilder.io may display Google AdSense advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure and personalize ads subject to applicable consent requirements. You can manage ad-personalization choices through Google and browser controls.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain billing/account records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can disconnect Google/YouTube access at any time. You may also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of account information, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or payment purposes.
